Returns & Exchanges

To use our return policy (open purchase) and receive a refund, your product must be in sellable condition — meaning in the same condition as when it arrived. For the return policy to apply, you must send the product back within 14 days from the day you received it.
You must package the product in a way that prevents damage during return shipping. Please email us before sending the item back, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your package.
Once we have received the product, we will contact you and process your refund. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process. We cover the return shipping cost.

If your product is damaged when you open the package, please contact us so we can resolve the issue and send you a replacement.

Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food, plants), custom or personalized products, and personal hygiene items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please contact us if you have any questions about non-returnable items.

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return it after contacting us. Once we have received and confirmed your email regarding the exchange, you can place a new, separate order for the item you want instead.
We will email you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether it has been approved — meaning that it is in sellable condition.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please remember that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
